synchronicity
Are these coincidences accidental? Many psychologists believe not. After all, the world is much more interesting than we think.
The concept of "synchronicity" was introduced into psychology in the 1920s by Carl G. Jung. He used this term to describe meaningful coincidences when they occur by chance but are "sense-related." And he wasn't just talking about interesting surprises, like winning the lottery with the number that matches your birthday.
Synchronicity according to Jung is what happens when seemingly distant events coincide in incredible ways and have meaning for you.
Jung believed that synchronicity is evidence of the unifying consciousness at work in the universe. It creates physical manifestations of what is happening in our psyche.

We can use this synchronicity to better understand ourselves and our path in life. For example, the most famous story that CG Jung always quoted was the case of the scarab beetle.
Jung was a psychotherapist treating a highly educated young woman who, in his opinion, relied too much on her intellect. He told the client that she was "psychologically unavailable" and that a breakthrough would only occur if something unexpected and irrational happened during their sessions.
One day, this woman told Jung that she had had a strange dream the night before in which someone had given her an expensive gold piece of jewelry in the shape of a scarab beetle. As the woman was telling her dream, Jung heard a light knock on the office window behind him. It was a large insect trying to get into the room.
Jung opened the window and caught an approaching insect. It was a golden scarab beetle, whose golden-green color resembled that of gold jewelry.
"Here is your scarab," said Jung, holding it out to the stunned woman.
According to the therapist, this moment was a breakthrough for the patient.
Synchronicity is often symbolic. Listen to your dreams. Dreams say a lot about the synchronicity going on in your life - after all, it is the language of the unconscious. You can either passively try to analyze your dreams, or you can actively try to "create" lucid dreams that help you answer your question.
A beautiful example of synchronicity is the book "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho, also about the language of signs, dreams and our goals on this earth.
